- Review, negotiate and provide a thorough explanation of the real estate contract.
- Provide legal support regarding survey and inspection report.
- Work with buyer's counsel to resolve any issues prior to closing; including, but not limited to, issues relating to an inspection report, buyer/seller contingencies, requested repairs, etc.
- Provide legal support for any outstanding title issues.
- Correspond with the buyer’s counsel, and coordinate with title company and mortgage company to prepare closing documents.
- Representation at closing.
